Office Assistant/Receptionist
The Office Assistant/Receptionist will perform a variety of tasks depending on the time of year. This could include addressing envelopes, sealing envelopes, filing paperwork, organizing closets, organizing cabinets, assisting with directing guests, greeting guests, or other similar tasks.
Minor Cleaning and Organization
The Minor Cleaning and Organization volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to include light cleaning and organizing common spaces, including dining room, common kitchen, gathering areas, and more. Light cleaning may entail dusting, sweeping, vacuuming or wiping off surfaces. Stocking cabinets or storage closets.
Fundraising Events
The fundraising event volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to include assisting with set-up and teardown of fundraisers, assembling silent auction baskets, stuffing envelopes, and assisting the Fundraising Manager with other tasks as it relates to the position. This position helps to extend the resources in the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation to better assist and address the needs of our patients at the Harold & Carmen Poulsen Legacy Housing.
Laundry Attendant
The laundry attendant volunteer will perform several tasks including loading the washer and dryer with soiled linen, checking for stains, and using necessary cleaning supplies (provided) as needed, folding and putting away laundry in its designated areas, and other tasks as assigned.
Gardening/Minor Landscaping
The gardener/minor landscaping volunteer will perform a variety of tasks depending on the time of year. This could include watering indoor and outdoor plants, pulling weeds, planting fresh flowers flowerpots, checking on water level of water fountain, and other tasks.
