Office Assistant/Receptionist

The Office Assistant/Receptionist will perform a variety of tasks depending on the time of year. This could include answering phones and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Foundation Assistant.

Minor Cleaning and Organization

The Minor Cleaning and Organization volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to include cleaning and organizing common spaces, including dining room, common kitchen, gathering areas, and more.

Fundraising Assistant

The Fundraising Event volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to include assisting with set up and teardown of fundraisers, assembling silent auction baskets, stuffing envelopes, and assisting the Fundraising Manager with other tasks as it relates to the position. This position helps to extend the resources in the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation to better assist and address the needs of our patients at the Harold & Carmen Poulsen Legacy Housing.

Laundry Attendant

The Laundry volunteer will perform several tasks including loading the washer and dryer with soiled linen, checking for stains, and using necessary cleaning supplies (provided) as needed, folding and putting away laundry in its designated areas, and other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

Gardening/Minor Landscaping

The Gardner/Minor Landscaping volunteer will perform a variety of tasks depending on the time of year. This could include watering indoor and outdoor plants, pulling weeds, planting fresh in annual flowerpots, checking on water level of water fountain, and other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

Holiday and Event Decorating

The Holiday and Event Decorating volunteer will perform a variety of tasks to include decorating and teardown at the Harold & Carmen Poulsen Legacy Housing for major holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. The volunteer is also responsible for assisting with set up and tear down of fundraising events and other duties related as assigned. Holiday decorating is confined to the common spaces of the Harold & Carmen Poulsen Legacy Housing and decorations are provided.
