Chariti Butterfield is an energetic and results-driven professional with a career that spans nonprofit foster care, retail management, and finance. Chariti has served as the Foundation Coordinator for the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation for over two years. In her role, she manages the daily operations of Legacy House while coordinating volunteers, organizing impactful events, overseeing finances and donations, and cultivating strong community partnerships that advance the clinic’s mission.
Before stepping into the nonprofit healthcare space, Chariti dedicated her talents to supporting vulnerable children and families through her work at the Great Falls Children’s Receiving Home. She also brings more than a decade of retail management experience, where she earned multiple top sales awards and consistently boosted profitability through innovative customer engagement and team development. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years with D.A. Davidson, where her client-focused approach and keen attention to detail supported both brokers and clients in achieving financial success.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Chariti is a licensed foster parent, a role that reflects her servant’s heart and commitment to nurturing children in need. She takes pride in building strong, collaborative teams, mentoring others, and leaving every organization stronger than she found it.
At home, Chariti is a devoted wife and mother of three grown children. Her family includes a daughter serving in the U.S. Air Force, a son soon to make her a first-time grandmother, and a youngest daughter pursuing nursing at the University of Montana. When not working or spending time with her family and two spirited blue heelers, Chariti enjoys cake decorating—a creative passion that blends artistry with her eye for detail.
With boundless energy, compassion, and leadership, Chariti Butterfield continues to elevate the people and communities she serves, making a lasting impact wherever she goes.
