We are pleased to welcome Anthony Lightner as the newest member of our Board. Anthony brings more than a decade of construction management and project leadership experience, along with a strong understanding of community development, infrastructure, and strategic growth. His professional expertise and personal commitment to giving back make him a valuable addition to our organization.
Anthony currently serves as a Project Manager and Estimator with Dick Anderson Construction in Great Falls, where he oversees commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Throughout his career, he has managed projects in healthcare, education, senior living, and commercial developments across Montana.
A graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology, Anthony has contributed to several notable projects across the state, including the Great Falls Clinic Cancer Center remodel, major improvements at Great Falls International Airport, and the ongoing Sanavita Estates senior living development in Great Falls. Through this work, he has developed a deep appreciation for the impact that quality facilities and strong community investments have on the lives of those they serve.
Anthony’s interest in joining the Board is rooted in personal experience. When his wife, and more recently his youngest child required specialized medical care, his family relied on the support of Shriners Children’s and a Ronald McDonald House, an experience that left a lasting impact on them during a challenging time. Because the Legacy House is modeled after the same concept of providing comfort, support, and housing for families receiving medical care away from home, Anthony feels a deep connection to its mission. He shared that he remains incredibly grateful for the assistance his family received and sees Board service as an opportunity to give back and help ensure other families receive the same compassionate support when they need it most.
Anthony and his family reside in Vaughn and is passionate about supporting the continued growth and success of North Central Montana. We are grateful to have him join our Board and look forward to the perspective, leadership, and heartfelt commitment he brings to our mission of caring for patients and families across Montana.
